Bring a large pan of water to boil, then cook the noodles in the boiling water for about 8 – 10 minutes. Drain the noodles. Grease a 9 x 13 inch dish and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a frying pan, melt the butter over a medium heat and saute the onion for about 3 minutes, then mix in the flour. Keep stirring while you add the chicken broth and milk.
